Healthy Double Fudge Banana Muffins – Just 100 Calories

  • ¼ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup bananas (mashed) about three bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup oat flour or all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Chocolate chips – optional
  • ¼ cup of cocoa powder


Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the muffin tin. This recipe makes about 10 normal muffins or 5 big muffins. Whisk together the sugar, egg, vanilla, applesauce, and bananas.

Mix all of the dry ingredients and add them to the wet. Mix it all well. If you want, add some chocolate chips. Bake the muffins for about 20 to 25 minutes for normal muffins or 25 to 30 minutes for the bigger. You can check if they are ready with a toothpick. Also, you can drizzle them with chocolate (melted).
