Healthy Double Fudge Banana Muffins – Just 100 Calories

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1 cup bananas (mashed) about three bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup oat flour or all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Chocolate chips – optional
  • ¼ cup of cocoa powder

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the muffin tin. This recipe makes about 10 normal muffins or 5 big muffins. Whisk together the sugar, egg, vanilla, applesauce, and bananas.

Bake the muffins for about 20 to 25 minutes for normal muffins or 25 to 30 minutes for the bigger. You can check if they are ready with a toothpick.
